Composite Material Autoclave Reactor Forming Process
Firstly, the composite material blank, honeycomb sandwich structure or glued structure sealed on the mold . It is made with a vacuum bag and then placed in composite material autoclave. In a vacuum (or non-vacuum) state, it will be heated, pressurized, and insulated (medium temperature or high temperature). The process of pressure holding, temperature reduction . And pressure relief makes it a molding process for products in the required shape and quality state. The autoclave reactor molding process is one of the widely used for composite material structures, honeycomb sandwich structures, metal or composite material bonding structures. When the material is formed, the uniform temperature and pressure environment provided by the autoclave is used to achieve solidification. So the surface and internal quality of the material is high, the structure is complex, and suitable for the huge area materials.
